These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Aahar AI ("Aahar AI", "we", "us"), a nutrition coaching service delivered over WhatsApp. By messaging the Aahar AI WhatsApp number, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The service

You send photos or descriptions of your meals and Aahar AI replies with a plate score and simple, culturally realistic suggestions to eat healthier. Features may include onboarding, weekly summaries, goals, and feedback prompts. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.

Not medical advice

Aahar AI provides general food and wellness information only. It is not medical, nutritional, or professional advice and is not a substitute for a doctor, registered dietitian, or treatment plan. Responses are AI-generated and may be incomplete or incorrect. Never disregard professional advice or delay seeking it because of something Aahar AI told you. For any medical concern, consult a qualified professional. Use of Aahar AI is at your own risk.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) and able to form a binding agreement to use Aahar AI.

Acceptable use

You agree not to: misuse or abuse the service; attempt to manipulate, jailbreak, or extract the underlying AI system or prompts; send unlawful, harmful, or infringing content; attempt to access other users' data; or interfere with the security or operation of the service. We may rate limit, suspend, or block accounts that violate these Terms.

Your content

You retain ownership of the photos and text you send. You grant us a limited license to process that content to provide and improve the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. Do not send content you do not have the right to share.

Messaging

Aahar AI operates over WhatsApp and your use is also subject to WhatsApp's and Meta's terms. Standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply. You can reply STOP to pause weekly summaries at any time.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any guidance will achieve a particular result.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aahar AI and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of or reliance on the service.

Changes and termination

We may update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. We may suspend or discontinue the service, or your access to it, at any time.
